Cancellation and Refund

At Eraya India, every garment is crafted with care and inspected with precision. To maintain the integrity of our process and ensure a seamless experience for our customers, we follow the policy outlined below:

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our facility.
  • Cancellation requests placed before dispatch may be considered, depending on the order’s processing stage.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are extended only in cases where the delivered product is incorrect or defective.
To process such requests, customers are required to provide a complete and clear unboxing video, which must show:

  • The parcel from all angles before opening
  • The unsealing and opening of the package in one continuous shot
  • The issue (wrong or defective product) clearly visible

Please note: Requests without a proper unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Refund Time

If the refund is approved from the team, the amount will be settled to the original payment source within 3-4 working days.

Product Condition

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Concerns related to size, color variation, or personal preference are not eligible for refunds.

Reporting Window

  • Any issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with the required proof.
